Panasonic new VIERA with built-in diversity antenna
The new slim and stylish VIERA “TH-L17F1” which was unveiled by Panasonic on March the 4th comes with four built in digital terrestrial antennas and a newly developed tuner capable of combining all their signals in creating a high quality image. The “TH-L17F1” can pick up all the 12 channels of Japan’s digital TV broadcasts plus the 1Seg broadcast at the point the signal strength weakens. The 17 inch “TH-L17F1” Edge-type LED Backlight LCD HDTV has a light-guiding plate that enhances the uniformity of light and light diffusion film fit into this slim and stylish body with only 17.4 mm in Depth. One big selling factor in this new VIERA is it’s built in TV jack which eliminates any needs for an antenna cable allowing the consumer to watch the TV at any location in the house event there is no external antenna jack in site. The other standard features on this TV is the built in SD card interface for viewing photos or playing video from Digital video camera plus Ethernet port for Internet connection to name a few. The new “TH-L17F1” will go on sale from March 20 with the street price of around 90,000 Yen.
