Introduction of new CD recorder by TEAC
TEAC unveiled its latest model of CD recorder targeted at those users who are looking for a way to save their precious original sound contents on those good old cassette tapes and LP records. The LP-R550 designed in a nostalgic LP Record player but it comes with a CD recorder, AM & FM Tuner plus a Cassette recorder/Player as well as LP record player. This way you don’t have to worry about demagnetization of your old cassette tapes and LP records. The dimension on LP-R550 is 470mm × 230mm × 390mm and it weighs a hefty 11 kg. The expected release of LP-R550 is on July 30th. I don’t know about demagnetization effect but the number one killer for your LP record is heat. Secondly, just for your information, CD has a life span of its own; it is around 30 to 100 years which is due to presence of oxygen and moisture.
