		<description>[...] Olympus unveiled its new interchangeable lens digital camera and its accessories. The PEN E-P2 is second Olympus camera to be developed based on Micro Four Third System Standard. The new E-P2 is a mirror-less camera with newly expanded range of 8 creative Art Filter function which includes Diorama which is capable of creating the look of a miniature diorama through enhancement of color and contrast as well as blurring the periphery to distort distance perception, and Cross Process which is capable of simulating the unexpected color transpositions ans look that result when negative film is processed with a positive film emulsion or vice versa. The new E-P2 comes with other creative tools such as i-FINISH which is a new picture mode capable of capturing subjects with exceptional clarity and presence as well as HD movie and high-quality PCM audio recording. The E-P2 comes with a detachable high-definition , 144,000-dot EVF Live Viewfinder with 100% field of view. Furthermore, a new HDMI Control on E-P2 allows for camera playback operations to be controlled via the user&#8217;s TV remote control. The Live Control icon display on E-P2&#8217;s LCD monitor helps with easy and intuitive selection of camera setting as well as Continuous-Tracking AF for easy focusing on moving subjects. The new E-P2 displays an outstanding SLR-class image quality through 4/3-inch, 12.3 megapixel high speed Live MOS Sensor and a newly developed TruePic V image processing engine. Among other features of the E-P2 are high-speed imager AF for reponsive live view shooting, iAUTO for fully automatic shooting mode selection based on scene analysis, live view double exposure function with simultaneous dispaly of current scene and previously captured image, built-in image stabilization mechanism with up to 4 EV corrective effect, Multi-Mix Slide show playback with background music, e-Portrate function for smooth rendering of skin texture, Live View level gauge display and High-precision 324-zone evaluation metering system. There is no suggested retail price on E-P2 camera which is scheduled to be released on early December of 2009.
