Launch of 6 New Full HD/Full Frame Rate Security Cameras by Sanyo
Sanyo made an announcement on launch of 6 new surveillance cameras all with full HD (1080p: 1920×1080)/full frame rate (30ips) capabilities. The new line-up includes CS Mount type (VCC-HD2300, VCC-HD2500), Vandal-Resistant Dome type (VCC-HD3300, VCC-HD3500), Zoom type (VCC-HD4600) and PTZ type (VCC-HD5400). Sanyo has incorporated newly-developed “Xacti HD-Pro” which is an upgraded image processing engine used in Sanyo’s Dual Camera Xacti resulting in higher image processing and sophisticated functions. Furthermore, Sanyo has achieved a 40% size reduction on these cameras through application of ultra miniature mounting technology which company acquired during the development of Dual Camera Xacti and digital cameras. Among other features that come with these newly developed security cameras are reliable SD and HDD recording in ensuring reliable security surveillance, Cropping function to enable surveillance of only the spot to be observed, Digital PTZ for all-round surveillance in high image quality, Auto IP Setup utility for easy IP address setting, HDMI Terminal for high-grade full HD image transmission, Two-way Voice Function for dialog, 3D-DNR Function for reducing noise level to name a few. The new cameras will be available starting from November 24th, 2009. The CS Mount VCC- HD2300 and VCC- HD2500 come with a price tag of 94,290 yen and 125,790 yen respectively. The Vandal-Resistant Dome type VCC-HD3300 and VCC-HD3500 come with price tag of 125,790 yen and 157,290 yen respectively. The Zoom VCC-HD4600 and PTZ VCC-HD5400 models come with price tag of 197,400 yen and 312,900 yen respectively. All prices include tax.
