Launch of Industry’s highest Brightness Dual- Lamp Projector by Sanyo
Sanyo Electric today made an announcement of launch the LP-XF1000 dual-lamp projector featuring a rich color. The new projector has been developed based on Sanyo’s own QuaDrive Engine technology offering industry highest brightness of 12000 lumens in an AC 100V. Incorporating the dual-lamp with output capacity of 330-watt plus the high contrast ratio of 4000:1 in the new LP-XF1000 projector will bring the capability of projecting large screen images.
The new projector can be plugged into AC 100V outlet eliminating any needs for extra wiring to convert to AC 200V. Sanyo’s QuaDrive Engine with inorganic LCD panel in LP-XF1000 is responsible for adding color Control Device to the conventional 3LCD system for controlling yellow light independently resulting in improving the color richness by 20%. The new projector is well suited for digital signage where the high resolution is in demand. Introduction of two lamp model projector instead of four lamps in achieving the same level of brightness is due to incorporating of three mirrors resulting in a uniform light amalgamation. The LP-XF1000 is also equipped with an Active Maintenance Filter (AMF) system that enables a filter cartridge replacement interval of approximately 11,000 hours. The new projector comes with Power Vertical/Horizontal Lens Shifting Function as well as Power Zoom/Focus Function enabling projection adjustment without actually changing the projector position. These power-driven systems can be easily operated with a remote control. The new LP-XF1000 comes with a hefty price tag of 4,200,000 yen. The release date of the LP-XF1000 is on December 18th, 2009 with a monthly production of 150 units.
