Development of AC Servo Amplifier with high-Speed Field-Bus EtherCAT by SANYO DENKI
Sanyo Denki made an announcement on newly developed high performance AC servo amplifier with high-speed field-bus EtherCAT interface. The newly developed amplifier’s EtherCAT is a field-bus system that allows 100Mbps high-speed communication, This interface will provided a much improved performance with a greatly reduced takt time.The newly developed amplifier is ideal for chip mounter, semiconductor manufacturing machine or machine tools applications. Among some of the feature on this amplifier are the 50% shorter position setting time through reduction of vibrations of the low rigidity machine stand resonance, 15% increased in torque under the high-speed rotation to name a few. the new amplifirer will expand the “SANMOTION R” ADVANCED MODEL series company’s product lineup.
