NEC Showcases Three New Professional Installation Projectors
NEC Asia unveiled 3 new installation projectors NP3200, NP2200 and NP1200, targeted at educational and corporate environment, designed to meet the demanding integration projects. The new NP installation Series models are intended to fulfill the needs of individuals requiring bright light output for large screen at a reasonable price. In order to provide maximum flexibility for installers, the three projectors use an optional bayonet style lenses for easy exchange.
The new projectors,through various optional lenses supports screen sizes from 30 to 500 inches at projection distances between 70cm to 74.4 meter. Furthermore, the vertical and horizontal lens shift feature provide a flexible projector placement to fit a various installation location with in a room. All three projectors come with flexible input/output signal capabilities, which includes connectors for VGA, DVI-D with HDCP, 5-BNC, multiple audio in/out and RJ45 network control. In addition to this, virtual remote (DDC/CI) provides users with capability of controlling the projector from a computer without any needs for additional control cables. The NP3200, NP220 and NP-1200 feature display brightness at 5000, 4200 and 3700 Lumens respectively making them ideal for corporate and educational environments. The three new projectors come with energy saving feature through ECO Mode technology consuming a low 0.5W rating in standby mode. Additionally, the user can switch between setting through a green ECO Mode button on the remote control. Among some of the features on these new projectors are; 1024x 768 native resolution (XGA), 600:1 contrast ratio, closed captioning, AutoSense capable of automatically syncing projector with any computer signal plus enabling one-touch image optimization and integrated RJ45 connection to name a few. The price tag for NP1200, NP2200 and NP3200 is set at $2899, $3499 and $4999 respectively.
