Release of Spherical Roller Bearing for use in Vibration Machinery by NSK
NSK has developed long lasting spherical roller bearings to be used in vibration machinery at mining facilities. The durability of newly released roller bearing has been made possible through special groove that has been created on the raceway of the outer ring for controlling the slippage action of the rollers. In addition to this, the curvature factor between the raceway and spherical roller has been optimized, resulting in reduced slippage and the accompanying initiation stress between the roller and the contact surfaces of the outer and inner ring raceways.
Furthermore, NSK has successfully stabilized the load distribution by controlling radial internal clearance and bearing dimensional tolerance factors. NSKL is targeting the annual sales of one billion JPY by 2011.

[...] NSK has developed new line of deep groove bearings to meet growing demand for environmentally conscious room ventilation systems. The bearings come in two model of contact-type and non-contact type. The contact-type with its low-torque type uses analysis technology for optimizing the stiffness of the seal lip portion for reducing the required seal contact pressure by approximately 30% in comparison to the standard type bearings. On the other hand the non-contact type features improved dust resistance characteristics through introduction of rubber seal designed to minimize the gaps as much as possible in the axial direction, as well as the radial direction, while extending the non-contact seal lip section. The new products can be used in smoking area ventilation fans, and ceiling installed ventilation fans. NSK is targeting an annual sales of 1 billion JPY by 2013. source // < ![CDATA[ google_ad_client = "pub-6269321203424610"; /* 200x200, created 5/19/09 */ google_ad_slot = "6030618320"; google_ad_width = 200; google_ad_height = 200; // ]]> Share and Enjoy: [...]
