Asahi Glass has unveiled Leoflex™, a chemically strengthen specialty glass offering weight reduction in wide variety of applications, including solar panels, building materials as well as lighting.
The Leoflex is exceptionally stronger than conventional soda-lime glass while being resistance to cracking, even with its reduced thickness.
