Being geographically located in Japan and having contact with some major players in the area of ICT has given us the opportunity to assist selected companies that are interested in some of the products that we show case in our blog. Our services would range from assisting you in contacting the representative of the company that their products interests you to initial business negotiation as well as first level business and technical support where it is applicable. Any business activities that we conduct on your behave is based on prior mutual agreement and is a payable service. Upon receiving your request our team of experts will review your request, if it is feasible and acceptable we will contact you within 5 business days. You may contact us through our “contact form” by expressing clearly your intention and expectation as well as providing us with the following information:
1) Name of your company and its physical location and contact information
2) Nature of your company’s business
3) Type of information needed from the Japanese company.
4) Business goal and expectation in engaging with the Japanese company, ex. becoming a technology partner, distributor, OEM partner, etc.
The followings are, our basic Business Development Service definition and cost:
The basic business development services comprise of the following activities for a fixed cost of 100,000 JPY on behalf of our client;
1) Locating the appropriate contact individual within the target company.
2) Gathering specific product information requested by client from the target company, please note that the product information may be available only in Japanese and the translating this information into English will come as a separate charges.
3) Sending the product information electronically or via post to the client within acceptable postage cost not exceeding 2,000 JPY.
4) Clarifying all business objectives by all parties and clearly informing the client on all target company’s responses.
All the above activities will be limited to exchanging e-mails with the target company as well as contacting them by phone. The above services will be limited to up to six e-mails and 3 business phone calls to the client and 6 e-mails to your company, anything more than the above limit will be subject to extra charges. The following is our list of fees
1) One time telephone conversation in amount of less than 30 minutes: 5,000 JPY
2) One e-mail limited to less than 300 two byte character/ 600 one byte Character: 2,000 JPY
The above services will be charged based on 5 man day; any extra working day will be 20,000 per day.
Up on your acceptance for above mentioned services by contacting us through our contact form, we will send you a soft copy electronically and mail you a hard copy of our official company’s bill.
Please be advised that no action will be taken on your behalf until a full payment has been received from you in our designated corporate account or through PayPal payment system. Upon receiving the full payment we shall notify you on our engagement with the target company and notify you on the results and actions that have been taken on your behalf.
