SMK has announced the release of highly reliable compact SIM card connector designed for mobile communication devices such as smartphone and tablet PCs. The new connector comes in a height of just 1.32mm.With the card detection switch, the area that comes to contact with SIM card uses 2-point contact structure, making the connector to be resistance to “temporary blackouts” which can occur during the drop impact.
