Development of High Efficiency, Low Power Consumption MOSFET for High Performance DC/DC Power Supply Circuit by ROHM
ROHM released its new ECOMOS RMW series of high efficiency, low power consumption MOSFETs that are optimized to be used in high performance DC/DC power supply circuits. The new series of ECOMOS offers a low ON resistance plus low capacitance, minimizing switching loss at the high side of DC/DC synchronous rectification circuits while simultaneously ensuring low ON resistance characteristics for reduced conduction loss through the low side, resulting in increased efficiency throughout the entire system.
