Sony Unveils its Google Powered Internet TV
Well, it is a match made in heaven, Sony’s hardware and engineering expertise and Google’s deep knowledge in open software. Sony’s internet TV is based on Android platform, runs on the Google Chrome browser, coming with Intel® Atom® processor, allowing users to quickly search the internet as well as television content for easy access to entertainment and information online. The new TV comes with a Dual view, allowing the user to watch television while tweeting on what they are watching, or searching for relate contents on the web. Furthermore, it gives the ability to its users to bookmark content for easy access and add applications from the Android™ Market which will be coming in early 2011.
