Use of high-flex robot cables on industrial machines such as factory automation is for their capability in supporting repetitive operation. In order to achieve this, usually a number of cables and air tubes are stored in the cable veyor. But this method requires wiring one cable at a time resulting in a poor productivity as well as leading to incorrect wiring with low bending performance. To over comes this issue each cable needed to be adhered but the use of durable and flexible adhesion in order to maintain the original sliding characteristics of the individual cable was difficult.
