Development of Fluorinated Liquid Repellent for Ink-Jet process by Daikin

An important product for number of resist agent manufacturers in Japan, Daikin has made an announcement on successful development of OPTOACETM HP series, a fluorinated liquid repellent used as an additive for resist agent. The product has been targeted in such application as electrode for thin-film transistor (TFT) substrate, organic electroluminescent (OEL) panel and semiconductor. The new OPTOACETM HP series molecular structure feats an increased affinity for a resist agent resulting in liquid repellency without any effect to the performance of the resist agent. Read more
