Olympus has unveiled the summer model of its FE-Series compact digital camera, FE-505. The slim and stylish FE-5050 features a 14-megapixel CCD, 5X zoom lens from ultra-wide-angle 26mm plus Six Magic Filters. This user friendly camera comes with load of features, including iAUTO function that automatically optimizes the camera setting by analyzing the scene. The new FE-5050 comes with TruePicIII image processing engine. The new camera comes with Scene Modes for one-touch shooting, Face Detection AF, AF Tracking and Perfect Fix for backlight exposure compensation and Redeye fix. Olympus has unveiled its new u-7050 compact digital camera, featuring 14-megapixel CCD and 7X zoom lens with wide angle of 28mm. The new slim and stylish µ-7050 is equipped with TruePicIII image processing engine, which was originally designed for Interchangeable lens type of digital cameras. The new camera comes with 6 magic filters including 2 new filters, namely Punk and Soft Focus as well as 4 Magic Movies for movie recordings. User can particularly take advantage of high magnification of 7X optical zoom lens with its wide-angle shooting capability, all within ultra-slim body. The camera also comes with “DUAL IS” image stabilization based on high-sensitivity shooting and CCD-shift image stabilization mechanism which compensate for image blur which occurs due to shaking camera by adjusting the direction of the CCD. Release of New Interchangable Lens Digital Camera by Olympus
Olympus unveiled its new interchangeable lens digital camera and its accessories. The PEN E-P2 is second Olympus camera to be developed based on Micro Four Third System Standard. The new E-P2 is a mirror-less camera with newly expanded range of 8 creative Art Filter function which includes Diorama which is capable of creating the look of a miniature diorama through enhancement of color and contrast as well as blurring the periphery to distort distance perception, and Cross Process which is capable of simulating the unexpected color transpositions ans look that result when negative film is processed with a positive film emulsion or vice versa. The new E-P2 comes with other creative tools such as i-FINISH which is a new picture mode capable of capturing subjects with exceptional clarity and presence as well as HD movie and high-quality PCM audio recording. KDDI and Okinawa cellular will start to sell five new models of mobile phones on February 6. They are “Walkman Phone, Premier3″ by Sony Ericsson, “Wooo mobile phone H001″ by Hitachi, “CA001″ by Casio, “SH001″by Sharp and “NS01” by Kyocera.
The “Walkman Phone, Premier3″ which is more focused on music functionality side of things equipped with SONY’s Walkman Technology such as “Quality Audio Technology”, “Clear Stereo” “Clear Base” and “DESS”. Even when the mobile phone is closed the user is able to play and forward music. It comes in gold, pink and black. Read more
