Murata Manufacturing made yet another stride in commercializing world’s smallest 2012-size (2.0 x 1.25 mm) monolithic ceramic capacitors with a capacitance of 22 µF and voltage rating of 25V. Uses of monolithic ceramic capacitors with small form factors play an important role with increasing spread of LED backlights.
