With all that fancy technologies making up the current or near future 3D industry, the one major piece in all that is the futuristic deigned 3D glasses that actually put your 3D experience in perspective. Yes, you still have to wear them. Well, this announcement by Teijin could be a strong signal that 3D is finally making it to the main stream. The company has just announced that it has began a full-scale supply of polycarbonate retardation film to be used for circular polarizer 3D glasses, where the product has already been a hit in liquid crystal display as well ass organic electroluminescent display (OELD) in mobile phones.
