Development of World’s Brightest DLP Cinema Projector by NEC

NEC has unveiled a DLP (Digital Light Processing) projector which company claims is the world’s brightest in its class. The NC2500S has been designed for multiplexes with large screen sizes of up to 30 meter wide. The NC2500S delivers a precise 2k (2048×1080) resolution as well as a high contrast image of 2000:1. The newly developed NC2500S features industry’s first memory function for lens zoom, position/focus and lamp output as well as industry’s first lamp changes from the back of projector according to NEC.
