Development of new series of CMOS LDO regulators by ROHM Semiconductor
For what that has been designed to address needs for a low power and limited space in mobile application, today ROHM Semiconductor has announced a new series of CMOS LDO regulators which feature ROHM’s own proprietary automatic power saving (APS) function capable of switching performance characteristics dynamically based on operating condition of the target device. The BHxxPB1 comes with the small packaging, minimal external components through integrated inrush current protection plus a simple process with very low average power consumption as well as an integrated output discharge function that eliminates external blocking diodes. New series of Receipt and Journal printer by Fujitsu
Fujitsu today unveiled its new series of ultra low profile 24V receipt and journal printers units. The units can either be mounted separately for the reason of design and installation flexibility or they can be combined into one unit. The target applications include mini kiosk, banking and POS terminals as well as scientific and medical equipment. The units has been designed fir medium duty applications where the receipt and journal units both have output speed of up to 150mm per second with operating life of 100km of paper. Read more
