Fujitsu Semiconductor has release 3 new 32-bit FLASH embedded high-performance microcontrollers (MCU) with driving motor control function for Electrical Vehicle (EV) and the Hybrid Vehicle (HV). The new MB91580 Series will full fill the market demand for automotive driving motor control MCU possessing dedicated resolver sensor interface capable of controlling three phase motor that are being used in EV and HV.
