TDK has announced the development of industrial type SD and MicroSD cards with support for rewrite life monitoring, integrated SLC NAND, with maximum of 16 GB capacity. Both types of cards are compliant with SDA specification 2.0 for improved power interruption tolerance. Both MMGBA Series of SD/SDHC cards as well as MUGBA Series of MicroSD cards feature high durability, advanced error correction as well as a lifetime monitoring function. Read more
