Release of New Series of Machine Automation Controller by Omron
Omron Industrial Automation has released its latest series of Machine Automation Controller, the NJ3-Series along with its supporting Automation Software Sysmac Studio. The new release follows the earlier launch of Sysmac platform back in July of 2011 by Omron. The new series consists of 2 CPUs, 4 and 8 axes offering full compatibility and scalability from 4 to 64 axes. The new NJ3 Series comes with built-in EtherCAT for machine control and EtherNet/IP for factory automation. Read more
OMRON Roles out the Next Generation Machine Automation Controller Series
Omron has announced the development of next generation Sysmac, a machine automation controller series along with its related software. The new series is in line with company’s 10 year strategy of “Value Generation 2020”, with an aim to create an unique new value in factory automation field. The new Sysmac NJ series is a first step in achieving this goal. Omron with collaboration with Intel Corporation has completely overhauled its automation controllers and software architecture.
