Development of the world’s smallest video decoder by OKI

Demand for security and surveillance video system is on the rise but these system very often must fit into a small spaces requiring compact video recorders capable of operating from a single compact power supply. To satisfy this demand OKI Semiconductor has developed the world’s smallest video decoder LSI. The ML86V76651 features a low power consumption and support for three TV signal formats namely NTSC, PAL and SECAM. The ML86V76651 using a single power supply of 1.8V with an ultra compact size of 3.8 x 3.7 mm W-CSP (Wafer-level Chip Size Package) which is 60% smaller than conventional mold packages. Read more
