Development of Miniature GPS filters for Automotive Application by TDK-EPC
TDK-EPC has introduced the EPCOS B4300 GPS filter a miniaturized SAW filter with world’s smallest dimension of 1.4×1.1mm. In addition to its ultra-compact size the new filter possesses excellent electrical properties, such as a very low insertion loss of 1dB with simultaneous high attenuation values in the stop band. The super compact size of new GPS filter was achieved through use of CSSP technology (chip-sized SAW packaging). The CSSP was originally developed for mobile phone applications. Read more
